Meatballs (23)

1 lb ground turkey
egg
breadcrumbs
parsley, basil, oregano, garlic powder
garlic, and onions
parmesan cheese

Place meat, bread crumbs, egg, and seasonings in a blender. Blenduntil smooth, use breadcrumbs to vary moisture. Sautee onions and garlic in olive oil. Remove onions from oil. Brown balls of meatin oil, extract when no longer sticky. Then cook meatballs insauce or bake. Makes 10 or so meatballs.
