Black beans and Rice

1 onion (chopped)
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 t hot pepper
8 oz sliced tomatoes (can)
16 oz black beans (can)

Sautee onion and garlic. Add tomatoes and pepper. Bring toboil. Add black beans. Reboil, reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for15 minutes. Serve with rice.
