Chicken Parmesan

Boneless chicken cutlets (about 1 1/2 lbs)
Bread Crumbs
1-2 eggs
Tomato sauce
Parmesan Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese

Scramble eggs in a bowl. In another bowl, pour out some bread crumbs.Tenderize chicken by stiking with a mallet. Using a fork, dip chickeninto egg and then bread crumbs. Fry breaded chicken in skillet witholive oil until browned on both sides. Line a baking pan with a thinlayer of sauce. Place breaded chicken in the sauce and cover with shredded mozzarella and parmesan. Cover with sauce. Bake at375o for 35 minutes.
