Flatbread

1 c flour
1 t baking powder
1 t sugar
1/4 t salt (optional)
1/2 c water

Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add water to form into a dough. Knead until smooth on a floured board. Pressdough out into a 12 inch disc. Cook both sides on a dry griddleuntil they begin to color. Makes 2 servings.
